Responsible for overseeing BADD’s interactions with the public by implementing social media platforms’ content strategies.
Duties include:
- Analyzing engagement data
- Identifying trends in customer interactions
- Planning digital campaigns to build community online.
- Consistent posting of engaging and relevant content
- Interacting with likes, followers and comments on a daily/weekly basis
- Ad placement. Generate ads, keywords, position, budget and analyze ROI. SMM must have skill in creating campaigns for Google Ads, Google Play, Facebook, Instagram, X, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.
- This job is bid by project or negotiated hourly if meeting certain quantity and quality of engagements each week. Production Assistant [Coming Soon]
- Position available locally only. Must work in OUR office.
- Job requires computer skills, design skills, and physical labor.
- Collect all online orders, review quality of uploads. Upscale low resolution images, send to customer for approval
- Send art to print, fitting each piece in position to maximize use of space on sheets.
- Cut printed images, hang for lamination
- Print shipping labels, gather like items and fill packages with items and affix address labels.
- Place previous day prints into laminator, then send to cutting.
- Set up cutting and cut, roll and prepare for shipping
- Add bleed edges and create cut files for new catalog designs
- List new products on shop stores, ie website, ebay, etsy, amazon.
- Receive UPS deliveries and bring inside, unload, stock shelves, etc.
- Load truck for shipping products.
Web Developer [Position Filled]
Responsibilities include:
- Design: Work with designers to determine the website’s layout and user interface
- UI: Ensure users have a quality experience in browsing, purchasing and checkout
- Coding: Write and review code in programming languages like HTML, XML, or JavaScript
- Testing: Test web applications and troubleshooting performance or user experience issues
- Site Security: Stay ahead of security issues, including strong passwords, quality plugins, customer side issues, etc
- Maintenance: Maintain and update websites, work with plugin authors to guarantee functionality, compatibility and security
- Technical aspects: Ensure the site’s performance and capacity, which measures how much traffic it can handle and how fast it is
- Collaboration: Work with owners and conceptualize ways to improve user experience.
Should have a strong understanding of programming languages and web development applications, and they should be able to work independently or as part of a team. They may also need to have knowledge of relational database systems, object-oriented programming, and network diagnostics.
